Steve Paschall has been practicing Hellerwork since 1991. His Hellerwork style is fairly deep as he works to free the body of tight restrictive muscle and connective tissue. People usually seek him out to obtain relief from pain or tightness within their bodies. Steve has also trained extensively in craniosacral therapy. He does craniosacral therapy in stand alone sessions or to complement a Hellerwork session. During craniosacral sessions clients enter into deep quiet meditative states where they are encouraged to surrender and track their inner sensation. In this way they learn important relaxation and awareness skills that helps them to avoid future chronic tension. In all of his work Steve enjoys helping clients become more skillful and intelligent in their bodies.Steve has worked on his own body skills throughout his life. Yoga, martial arts and meditation have been a big influence on him. He has maintained a practice in all three for some time. He is a mentor in the Hellerwork training program and is currently teaching yoga.
